Simply determine what environment would be best for you. Either at the main studio in Aliso Viejo, at the private studio in Aliso Viejo, or at your own home in Orange County. Simply contact me by phone or email and we will take it from there and figure out what times are best to meet up.

Also if there is a specific thing you would like to work on such as Flexibility, Core Strength, Balance, Focus, etc, then make sure to let me know in advance so that your session can be customized and you get everything you want out of it.

My Yoga Philosophy:
To me Yoga isn't about doing crazy poses that turn you into a pretzel. It's about feeling good during and after the class. Not pushing your self to the point of injury. Learning how to control your breathing so that you can then in turn control your stress levels.

Prices: Classes are 90 minutes unless otherwise listed.
$100 for 1 Private Lesson if I have to drive to your place.
$75 for 1 Private Lesson if you want to do it at Fit Space. Must be paid in advance to reserve the room for 90 minutes.
